1. Ownership, Scope & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

Future Foundation is an independent private educational and counselling analytics provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA), Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), or National Medical Commission (NMC).
2. Pricing, Taxes & Guardian Consent for Minors
All prices displayed on neetcutoff.in (including the ₹511/- Complete NEET UG 2027 Strategy Pack) are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges (making the total payable amount ₹511.00 at checkout, with ₹0 shipping). If the student user is under 18 years of age, enrollment and payment via Razorpay must be completed with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Digital Email Delivery & Customised Study Packs
Upon successful payment verification via Razorpay, your customised PDF strategy guide, 110+ Live Mocks passkey (with 50-Mock PDF Vault), PCB Insider Notes, and 3-year cutoff matrix are dispatched electronically to the email address provided prior to checkout within 5–15 minutes (and no later than 24 hours). Users are responsible for entering an accurate, active email address and 10-digit mobile number.
4. Free Retrain Assurance (Conditions & Non-Monetary Nature)
The Future Foundation "Free Retrain Assurance" program is a complimentary academic continuation benefit, not a monetary refund or guaranteed exam score promise. It applies strictly to enrolled students who complete at least 85% of their assigned customised mock tests and scheduled revision checkpoints prior to the official NEET UG 2027 examination date. Eligible students scoring below 500 marks in their official NTA scorecard (submitted within 15 days of result declaration) receive complimentary access to the subsequent cycle's updated study pack and mock test batch at zero additional fee.
5. Advisory Nature of Cutoff Predictions
Historical closing ranks (2023–2025) and college predictor outputs are strictly informational and advisory based on past MCC All India Quota and State Counselling rounds. Actual seat allotment depends on official NTA ranks, seat matrix changes, and counselling authority decisions.
6. Intellectual Property, Governing Law & Grievance Redressal
