1. Information We Collect & Purpose
When you configure a customised NEET UG 2027 prep pack or use the 3-year cutoff predictor on neetcutoff.in, we collect your name, email address, 10-digit mobile number, strong/weak subject preferences, and NEET rank/category inputs solely to personalise your academic dossier, process your order, and dispatch your PDF study materials via email. For active tab continuity, short-lived verification tokens (nc_mock_portal_auth_v2 and neetcutoff_predictor_verified_v2) are kept in tab-scoped sessionStorage and cleared on logout, while non-personal study checklists and mock progress counters (nc_pareto_38_v1, nc_live_108_attempts_v1, and nc_vault_50_mocks_progress_v1) are saved locally in your browser's localStorage.
2. Payment Processing Security (Razorpay)
All online payments are processed via RBI-authorized payment gateway Razorpay under our verified merchant account Mountup Digital Solutions (NEETCutoff by Future Foundation). We never collect or store your credit/debit card numbers, CVV, netbanking credentials, or UPI PINs on our servers.
3. Data Sharing, Retention & Student Confidentiality
We never sell or rent student personal data to third-party telemarketers or external coaching centres. Data is shared strictly with essential service processors required to fulfill your order (Razorpay for payment verification, Google Workspace Sheets for order audit logging, and Google Gmail / Brevo transactional mail servers for PDF attachment delivery). Order and dispatch records are retained for the duration of the NEET UG 2027 academic cycle and as required under Indian tax regulations. Students (or parents/guardians of minor students) may request correction or deletion of their personal data at any time by emailing neetinsidernotes@gmail.com.
