Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

The NEET UG 2027 Strategy PDF, 110+ Live Mocks passkey (with 50-Mock PDF Vault), PCB Insider Notes, and 3-year cutoff reports are personalised digital deliverables dispatched electronically via email immediately upon payment authorization. Consequently, once the digital study pack has been generated and dispatched to your registered email inbox, the order cannot be cancelled. If a cancellation request is emailed prior to email dispatch, a 100% cancellation and refund is processed with zero cancellation fee.

2. Refund Eligibility (Duplicate Charges, Failed Transactions & Non-Delivery)

While downloaded/dispatched digital PDF packs cannot be returned, you are eligible for a 100% full refund under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Deduction: If your account is debited more than once for the same order due to a UPI, card, or banking timeout.
• Non-Delivery Within 24 Hours: If we are unable to deliver your customised PDF pack to your registered email address within 24 hours of contacting our support desk.
• Uncaptured / Failed Debits: Per RBI Payment Aggregator guidelines, any debited transaction that fails to settle into an active order is automatically reversed to the source bank account within 5–7 business days (T+5 working days).

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Netbanking) within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Clarification on "Free Retrain Assurance"

Please note that the Future Foundation "Score 500+ or Free Retrain Assurance" provides eligible students (who complete at least 85% of scheduled mocks and revision checkpoints) with complimentary re-enrollment in the next academic batch at zero additional cost; it is an academic continuation benefit and not a cash refund scheme.

4. How to Request a Refund or Re-Dispatch
